I've been feeling a need for a sandbox-type computer game lately, something with a few rules, a good randomizer, and evolution over time. I'm so happy that Civ 4 is coming up soon, I'm hoping it'll be a nice little addition to my universe. And I could even consider multiplayer too, particularly if they make it a bit more flexible. So I downloaded Konfabulator since it's now free. And it by default comes with a picture frame showing random pictures.

So naturally I set it to the porn archives. :)

And what I just got was this picture, which for a second - just a second - I swore it was Cerine. I think you can figure out why.

It's good to see Red vs. Blue get a writeup in the New York Times. It's kinda an emblem of what the Net era can do, I think... a handful of really good projects (mostly spontaneous) and a lot of crap.

But such is life.
