Everyone just seems to be so busy these days (including myself), but I hope you've had some down time and did things for fun and not work.

In the excerpt, Summer and Snopes remind me a bit of Marshwiggles -- especially that last line. :-)

oh gosh, yes! For me, I find them very shepherd and herding dog-like. They follow you EVERYWHERE with a very worried expression.

I'd missed you and "I'M" not online much at all these days, so that is saying something! ;-)

I'm making a bunch a small, silly errors at work, because, I'm stressed/rushed/ tired Etc. When they come back to me. I just fix 'em and smile. Better a clarification needed, then it still be on my humongous to-do pile!

Enjoy your dinner and please do pass along my hellos and best wishes!!

I love shepherds. I have one at my feet as I type. And I totally get the falling behind part. Real life is cramping my online style. And that might have been me on AO3. Reread the Stone Gryphon in its entirety. It's my escape from grading.

Awwww. thanks so much. I hope you are enjoying it. I've had two new readers really have issues with parts of it -- primarily in how Aslan was acting/present/using things. 1 reader really didn't think Aslan would use the Tarot to reach Susan and another had real issues with the immorality of espionage, even in the exigencies of war. it's been an interesting discussion.

*hug* Sounds rough. Here's hoping it gets better! I know how the mistake thing feels though. My boss is usually taking me to task for leaving the kitchen where I prep food for the animals a little to chaotic. Not dirty, just not as orderly as she likes. Also the time the goats got out on my first day... good thing the back yard is fenced in so I didn't have to chase them around the neighbourhood! But I'm terrified that I'll accidentally swap someone's food or forget someone if I'm interrupted in the middle of prepping them, thinking I did it already. Enjoy Thanksgiving! I'll be in the Macy's Parade (I'll tweet a picture or two) as a clown and then going to Aunt and Uncle's house, so glad we never host. Can't imagine having that many over. *introvert shudder*

FREE THE GOATS! And you are going to be IN the Macy's parade? AS A CLOWN? That is so terrifying.
