Inspiration from the Rebma channel:

Ciaran quotes Oberon's edict of year 1302 of his reign, "No man shall be allowed to bring into Amber more than one coat on a given trip to the realm." Presumably this was an edict because Oberon tired of being outstyled by visitors, and would force them to have a single coat. And invariably holding more than one formal occasion, forcing them to recycle their frocks.

Ciaran says, "That, is the sort of edict you'd expect to see on a soiled tea napkin."

Apparently, I'm told I must meet Addison sometime.
