From the summary, I knew I would like it. I love Lie Low at Lupin's fic. And ice skating, snow globes, and past lives! The scenes in the past were very well done. I'm a huge figure skating fan (Alexei Yagudin 4eva!) and I enjoyed seeing all the historic details. I thought the way you linked the past to the present was very romantic.

Oh, very, very sweet. I really enjoyed Sirius' thought process and the magic of the possible past life was lovely and dream like. I love this time period for them, and get togethers in this time. Lovely!

So, I finally got to read this, and Oh. My. Goodness. I love it so much ♡♡♡
It’s pretty much everything I could wish for in a fic for the holidays, so soft and gentle and sweet, with a bit of magical mystery as well.
I adore Lie Low At Lupin's fics, and I was intrigued by how they’re not already together or have a romantic history at this point - it's not something I see all that often, but it really worked here.
The way you managed to add the 'historical AU' prompt in a Lie Low at Lupin's fic was perfect and took me by surprise, and how wonderful that their former selves also were close. It made me curious about if they knew each other in other incarnations as well, and if Sirius' visit changed the historical Sirius Black's story in any way.
The ice-skating scene was wonderful, with all the vivid details, Sirius' joy over being outside and free (which was bittersweet to see), and ( ... )

Haha!Trust Remus to remind Sirius that it's July. Nice touch there with the past life, really. The other Sirius seems like someone our Sirius might have liked to know. :)
