I really like strong Remus-leaving home even if Sirius didn't come with him. Not letting Sirius use him, but making Sirius stand up for himself and what he wanted. Love this. The sex was fun, too.

Oh, I almost died at the end. I felt like Remus, hoping he'd show up, but giving up hope little by little. This is just brilliant, and so beautiful.

I loved the format you used to balance both of their lives with what they had together. I absolutely adore the strength of your Remus throughout, and that at the end he wasn't going to wait for Sirius forever because he really needed to get out with or without him.

Oh, oh, oh, oh. There is so much I love about this story. So, I read it through again (which would be my third) to find those moments that I really love but there's too much. There is so much that is excellent about this fic. They way it moves and builds and I hurt so much for both of them, and really feel the love that you create, and then the ending. I just love it, and I want to know where they go and how they find their way and be in love with them being in love. Excellent.

This is one of my favorite stories so far (and I have read beyond day two, for the record -- I'm just going wildly out of order *g*). I really loved the structure of this, the way it starts with an anonymous encounter and then weaves between Sirius's and Remus's individual lives and the one they slowly start to build together. You did a lovely job of showing us the noose tightening around Sirius's neck as the fic went along; I was feeling rather claustrophobic myself by the end. Glad the made the right choice. And I love the image of busker!Remus. ♥
