Adorable. I like both the mood you set - just Sirius early in the morning sitting there and looking at the stars in peace, or four of them getting breakfast, or passing notes in class, or flying - each description is very evocative.

And such a lovely contemplation of love and how Sirius feels. This story made a smile and swoon a little.

!!! How SWEET! Your imagery is gorgeous all through, and I love how Sirius conceptualizes his love for Remus in such abstract terms; his struggle to convey it to him was a wistful, cheery delight, so true to the erratic, illogical way love works. There's such a beautiful quality of transience to it, of changing and waiting for change--this was such a total joy to read, and I LOVE the ending: what a stunning reflection on the nature of love and what it is! I love this; such a beautiful bit of brightness!

This was so sweet, it had a whimsical quality the whole way through and there wasn't much in the way of dialogue but none of it mattered! Because your introspection was spot on and honestly Sirius is so in love it's sickening.

Do you know how much I love this???
If one is into reading poetic language and build-up - which I very much am - this is brilliant. A glorious characterization of Sirius, of Remus and the intangible nature of love, all in 2000 words. That's what great writing is all about. ♥♥♥

Oh, this is beautiful and sweet and altogether perfect!

I could see everything just as you described it and could understand every little feeling of Sirius'. Absolutely loved the bit about Remus being an anchor for Sirius, because that seems like a perfect way to describe their relationship.
