Traps always came naturally to me. Honestly I hardly work 'em any more. Few sets of shrugs once in a while.

I think I looked better about eight months ago, but then I've had a LOT of setbacks. Just hopin' to get back to where I was. My lower body is TERRIBLY weak, for example.
