I guess it depends on what you're gonna do. If you take her out to dinner, maybe you can get someone to close the cafe to other people for awhile and have the moogle serve you. Or go somewhere private. And set up candles! Girls love mood lighting!

From what I recall, a romantic partner enjoys attention from their partner, both emotional and otherwise! And what goes for one doesn't go for the other. So take her out on a hike to a beautiful waterfall and picnic there with food you made yourself or food you brought from the cafe that you know she likes.
After that, do something you two both enjoy. Perhaps sparring, since you two are both wielders of light, or maybe cards. Or swimming! Just do it with her.
As for physical things, don't feel pressured to do anything. Even if you two are involved, you're not of marrying age, nor are you very old. When I was your age, some of my schoolmates would visit brothels regularly, while I mostly kept to myself, and there were others in between. Ask her what she would enjoy doing with you near the end of the evening. Given what I've seen of you two, you probably won't need condoms...
Don't get her pregnant, it's very risky at that age!

Yeah, we use to have a little waterfall on the island! Kairi use to love sitting by it while me and Riku would play around with our swords- that's perfect!
