i am not really feeling life today (it's so overrated sometimes) and yet as grumpy and moody as i am, my love of cooking cannot be stopped.

it's really becoming like a sickness.

this is one of my very favourite dishes, but i hardly ever make it, i think because asparagus and cashews are usually pretty pricey. but yesterday i decided i was worth it. or at least my stomach was worth it :)

Thanks for the recipe! I'm definitely making that.
I got some cashew butter, in an effort to branch out from the peanut, and it is so delicious I just dip my Kashi shredded wheat type cereal in it for breakfast.

as much as i am a big old nasty whore for cashews, i don't think i've ever even tried cashew butter! i definitely should.
