When she was feeling burned out from too much magic or just in the mood for a change of pace, Min would sometimes go to the walls of the city to greet travelers who were just arriving. They often were tired, in need of swift direction to the nearest inn or block of apartments, and had at least some coin on them. For her helpfulness, she asked only a modest fee... and had even been able to muster a bit of cash out of a few innkeepers for her advertisement. It didn't bring much, but it was a nice little bumper to her earnings.

She couldn't help being drawn to the man in the mask. He was walking slightly apart from the other travelers, and there was something in his attitude that was intriguing. Min could never help her attraction to those who stood out in a crowd.

She approached him and swept into an engaging, but not overly grand, bow. "Welcome to Jhelbor, sir. Are you in search of lodging?"

Oki inclined his head in greeting to Min as she approached, though his attention remained mostly on his companions. "For me, not at the moment. My quarters may still be unoccupied." Not likely, but worth checking. "My companions would probably appreciate your assistance." Though it would be rude to ask for free. "You do have a fee?"

"Whatever you can spare for a kind stranger's assistance." An entire group, and he was actually offering to pay? Usually she had to wring it out of them. Min was able to skilfully alter her beaming into a pleasant grin.

"Were they hoping to stay together?" She swept her eyes over the crowd, suddenly much more curious about him and his relationship to the group, and the group to each other.

Oki shrugged. "Some are and some aren't, it probably wouldn't hurt to stay in one place for now. They'll probably branch off until they're ready." It was simple enough. Some would probably drift off as they went anyway. "So mat we have the name of our kind guide?" There was an almost friendly note in his voice at the moment.

"Call me Min." Out of practice, she avoided the 'Magician' tag. "And what about you?"

She began leading him and his group into the city. She should probably ask about them as a whole, whether there were majiks among them, or any families. But for the moment, she was much more interested in the masked man himself.
