I've been ill for a couple of weeks (stress-related), but starting to feel better now, having decided to pace my exercise regime, and not worry too much if I don't keep to my diet. I can pick up on these things again, once I've got my body back on track ( Read more... )

It is hard to be controlling because the slightest hiccup feels like an apocalypse.

In that sense I hope my diet becomes automaton and not a sickness, a need to prove to myself I can dominate anything. Because those are battles I won't win.

thanks hon; I think he was nervous about the topic of the conversation, and fell back on his default position of arrogance and bullying. ;(

Maybe your ill health has reduced your capacity for tolerance? Or maybe you simply don't suffer fools gladly anymore?
