Is there a government agency you can report them to?

In Australia, we have agencies called The Ombudsman who are fix-its in such areas.

Not that I know of.

Might as well do some research on the subject though... tame some of that "PISSED OFF" energy into something good.

My mom is due back from the hospital in a few hours. I'll get another update soon and see what we can do from there.

Oh your poor brother.

that is so bloody unfair! isnt there anyone you can speak to to change this. I mean If he was adopet by your family than they should have no right to keep him there like that. or is it different there?

I hope you can sort this, they can't stop you from seeing him just because you get a lawyer on you side can they, because a lawere can get a court order forcing them to give him back to you surely.

that is awfull, I feel so sad for you reading this.

Maybe you sould get a lawyer involved, because even if the adoption process might take longer, the lawer can put a stop to things and in the long run make sure this never hapens again.

I am thinking and praying for you and your family.

*hugs*

I'll talk to my mom about the lawyer again, maybe I can change her mind. I have been known to be very persuasive in the past... hopefully it'll work this time!

Thank you. We need all the prayers we can get.
