Edit to previous entry: I ended up making peanut butter chocolate fudge and meringue cookies. One has to cool over night and the other has to cook over night so snacks for this week will be ready tomorrow!

I took a drive through the mountains of West Virginia this past weekend, with the purpose of picking up Daniel from m father's house. Between the huge mega inspection coming up on Thursday, between the wedding stuff, most of which is stressful, some in a good way, and my own family life I just really need to shut down for a few days and simple exist.
