Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it.:)
I know a lot of people reacted badly to her crying, but I just though - well of course she cried, the day has SUCKED for her. And she wasn't weeping or throwing hysterics, just very silently cried.

But all in all, really liked it.
Thanks!:)

Hee! I couldn't resist. Glad it made you giggle.:)
And your Sam...oh this is the Sam I love. Broken and awesome and so strong all at the same time, and you've got every part of her down. Well done!
Thank you!! Sounds like your Sam is a lot like my Sam.:)

Oh, crap. Yes, it probably was. I'm horrible at keeping the timeline on the ships. That'll teach me to post to a deadline instead of looking up every little detail like I usually do. I'll change that on the archived copy...*g*
Thanks for the lovely feed!

It's the one where Colonel Emerson was executed in front of Carter. Where they were all being held hostage on the ship.

The *only* thing I didn't absolutely love was when Jack talked a *lot* there at the end. He had two whole paragraphs where he just talked and talked and said things like "how much I love you". That took me out of the reality of it a teensy tiny bit, only because it didn't feel quite as *Jack* as the rest of his dialogue. I don't think he would talk that much. :P
I can definitely see your point, and that's always a debatable aspect of his character. It's my belief that he is capable of this kind of speech when it really matters. That he surprises you sometimes, we just rarely get to see that side of him. (He's ( ... )
