Nanao, despite her brand new warrant - and wasn't this getting annoying, all this running about and hiding - had made a fairly uneventful trip up from Goldenrod, and having climbed a fence, was now wandering about the National Park as unobtrusively as possible.

She knew what Mr. de Killer sounded like, but she did not know his face - which put her at a distinct disadvantage. Still, with an outfit stereotypical of a Johtoan native, and a Furret at her side, she looked like any other trainer... if it were not for the Riolu sitting on her shoulder.

This talk of the police being after his possible client was, in a way, fortunate for him - it gave him another chance to memorise her face. Of course, he would have to ask her what that was about, but that was not his main concern yet.

If he was not mistaken, that woman he had just seen passing by, with the black hair and the glasses, was the one he was looking for. But, well, he HAS been mistaken before, so he had better make sure before starting to discuss business.

"Excuse me..." he said as he casually approached her.
