[ Souji have been climbing the stairs to the second floor to check up on the eggs, when the Gyarados have attacked sending the entire centre into a sudden tumble of destruction. He nearly falls down the steps if he hasn't grabbed onto the railing and he shields his eyes from the sudden wave of debris from plaster dust flying everywhere. The smell of smoke and the sounds of something falling engulfs him almost instantly. ]

[ He stands still on the steps for a whole second, almost as to process what is happening but he begins to rush up the stairs onto the second floor. ] Yosuke--! Rise--

[ Before he could call out any more names, entering the second floor's hallways hits him with a fog of smoke and dust. He coughs into his hand and covers his mouth with his sleeve. It's hard to see, much less breathe, but he has to find everyone. Even if it means he's coughing up a storm up here. ]

[ Souji looks over the eggs. ]

Nine left. We might have to carry one or two ourselves after our Pokemon return again.

I still have my Zangoose, so yeah, we could probably do that.

[The Zangoose gives a small salute, but doesn't leave Daisuke's side in case a wall comes crumbling down or something.]

[ And then, Souji's Charizard returns with its hands empty. It picks up three eggs once again. ]

Now each of us carries two each, so let's hurry up and get out. [ Is now picking up two eggs and is all set. ]

Right. [Daisuke carefully picks up two eggs and the Zangoose does the same. He figured that they would be pretty defenseless with its hands full and all.

But they're going anyway.]

[ The Charizard makes it off while Souji does too with Daisuke and his Zangoose. ]

[ Thankfully, it's not too bad except for heavy smoke and dust everywhere, but it's easy to trip over something. Hopefully, if Daisuke and Zangoose makes it out without doing so, Souji can easily follow without tripping as well. ]

Speak of the devil, Daisuke just tripped on a wooden plank on the ground since he wasn't watching where he was going, but he was definitely not going to let the eggs fall like this. No way.

He's really hoping the smokes are enough to cloud Souji's vision because he just quickly rolled forward and caught the eggs as she sat crisscrossed on the ground. Phew. That was too close. Then he gets up with the Zangoose going all OAO, but following him anyway.]

[ Souji turns his head towards the call of his name, looking-- or the best he can through smoke --down the right hallway. That voice, it belongs to-- ]

Kagami! Are you alright so far?! [ He then goes back to coughing into his sleeve, inhaling more smoke than he has wanted. ]

[ He crotches down onto the floor and begins to cover to his mouth with his shirt. ]

[ He coughs a few times, but shakes his head. ]
