About my diet: I eat, but I watch what I eat. I for example eat a lot of bananas, mandarines, pineapple, ryebread, soya, lettuce and cucumber. Things that I skip are fast food, white bread (includes buns, cakes, donuts etc things made of wheat flour), sodas, sweets, crisps, alcohol, coffee, all meat (what a surprise) and most of things containing ( Read more... )

40kg on edelleen liian vähän.
Puhut kuin anoreksiaan hurahtanut, ja se on aika pelottavaa! :(

Sure, if you are 140cm tall then 40kg is a very healthy weight, any taller and you will me medically anorexic. Still whatever you want, right? Though you can kiss goodbye to a full-time job, as well as any univercity courses you want to do. You'll be too weak to make the attendence. You'll end up losing your friends because they wont be able to stand watching you get sicker and sicker. I also hope you don't want to have children at all. At that weight your periods will stop and you'll become infertile. But who cares? At least you'll be skinny. So if that is what you want then Good Luck. Just thought I ought to know what you are getting yourself into.

Gods, you said exactly what I wanted to say!

40 kilos is just really unrealistic. Honestly, I just think you're trying to get attention, Suvi, and surely, being anorexic will get you that for a while.
Also, you want to excercise a lot to loose the weight, which is something I support, but when you work out you create muscle tissue, and muscles are heavier than fat so you'll actually start to gain weight after losing the initial pounds.
I can tell you now, the goal of 40 kilos you've set, you will never reach. Yes when you're death. Try set a goal between 50 and 55 kilos, than you at least put yourself up for a task that can be accomplished.

I know all about feeling like you're stuck in a fat body
you're just disgusted by, so I understand the desire to be thinner, but please don't stop using your brain.

There are a lot of thin people who are successful and healthy. It's usually the fat people who are too lazy and weak to go anywhere, because they love their sofa, TV and snacks more than having hobbies or doing some other things.

And I will never go to uni anyway, because I will never even be able to pass the exams to get in. So vocational school will be my education.

For example, our friend Tanja has always been thin. Since she was born, you know. It's the geens, not some diet.

Do you think supermodels and local Lindsay Lohans just magically stay thin? No, they live with a pack of cigarettes and a bottle of diet pepsi a day, and also the drugs they use add a nice touch to their bodies. They get bruises and break bones easily, no matter how much vitamins and shit they eat. But hey, atleast they're thin. Are they happy? Dunno 'bout that.

I hope you also understand, that your periods will stop long before you'll even reach 40 kilos, so you can kiss those baby-dreams good bye. Not that you'd have energy to take care of a kiddo then anyways. Anyways, your uterus will take some permanent damage if you really manage to loose 20 kilograms as fast as you'd like to ( ... )

In regard to the last post (about people getting tired).. have you considered why Elisa is so tired and is such a lazy-bum ??
Think Suvi, and listen to the people here.

Uhm, maybe I am not the right person who should actually open her mouth here, I guess I just have to say that being thin does not make one happy, sometimes even on the contrary. I think one's body weight should be just normal, not too much, but also not too thin (not even so thin as I am ( ... )
