About my diet: I eat, but I watch what I eat. I for example eat a lot of bananas, mandarines, pineapple, ryebread, soya, lettuce and cucumber. Things that I skip are fast food, white bread (includes buns, cakes, donuts etc things made of wheat flour), sodas, sweets, crisps, alcohol, coffee, all meat (what a surprise) and most of things containing eggs and milk. I also take calcium tablets and multi-vitamin tablets everyday. Now I also drink my tea without sugar and milk, instead of that I put tiny bit of honey and a few drops of lemon juice in there.
I'm not planning to lose that 20kg in a short time: I have a year membership of the gym and during that time I want it to be lost. So my goal is to lose about 1,5kg-2kg per month. In addition to the gym, I also walk & run with my dog. I'm planning to do lots of cycling when the weather gets suitable for that (at the moment there's ice and slush everywhere). I'm so damn ready to be skinny and fit, not some fatty lazyarse who gets the only exercise when they walk from the sofa to the fridge.
