I have been going to the gym everyday this week. Today I also went to a pilates lesson. It started at 9:30 AM, so I was yawning a bit there. People attending there were generally older than me, most of the ladies being probably in their 40s and 50s. I wasn't exhausted at all after it, so I went to do some gym exercise (exercise bike, 5kg handweights, arm extension etc).

After the gym I went to my aunt's. She had nice fruits there (apples, bananas and oranges). She was watching crossground skiing on the TV and told me that she used to ski a lot when she was younger. I think that I like skating more than skiing (I used to do figure skating a long time ago). I actually would like to go skating, it has been a few years since I last time did that.

I think that my stomach feels better when I eat healthily. Especially some sweeteners can be very bad for stomach: my boyfriend once got stomach problems from eating sugar free sweets. I'm drinking green tea at the moment. I'm so committed to become a healthy person, because I really don't want to have diabetes, blood clots, cancer or any other health problems.
