It's been a pretty great weekend, with lots of walking, Settlers of Catan, and garage sales. But I am still dreading the commute to work this week, if the transit strike goes ahead.

Then there's this CD launch thing I'm sorta kinda involved with, coming up in two weeks ;)

Before you lug a bunch of CDs on a metro again, I want to ask if you will need a lift to your release party? I'm sure you aren't planning on selling that many in one shot (although I know you wouldn't mind), but you never know.

You and Eric have to introduce me to as many of your friends that you guys think will like me before you go to Ottawa, because as it stands when you guys are gone I won't have anyone. Also whenever you have a night I'd love to do scrabble at my place so you can see it, too.

I'm excited about the release party both for you and just because.

Hmm, I don't want to take advantage, but there may be an amp and mini-drums to transport... it would be possible to bring them on the bus, but who knows if the bus will be running by then :(

I have never updated the page. I uploaded the songs and ignored it, so please don't tell me how boring it is, because as I've said before I dislike myspace.

Anyway... I saw you on Elizabeth's journal because you commented on my offer to drive her, so I guess we'll meet at her CD release show.

Ohhh, Settlers? Have you been playing Cities & Knights as well? That's my favourite Catan expansion (except I lost horribly last night because 1 8 was rolled all game, and I was counting on them)

Also, be sure to save me a CD. I have the $15!

Awesome. You will need new board game buddies!

Donna hates Catan, though. I tried to get her into a game once, and she just ranted about how awful it was until we gave up about 1/5th of the way through the game.

In her defence, she was slightly drunk at the time. :P

Still, it's not her type of game.
