Welcome to new fandoms
Hello, anyone who still reads this journal. I haven't been as completely absent from fandom as I've seemed. I've actually been pretty active with Sherlock: The Game Is On which is shaping up to be an incredible project. And I'm still reading a bit, though not as much. Frankly, I'm never going to join Tumblr fandom because I use the platform

It's good to see you around! I was wondering if you fell out of things or was done with fandom for a bit :-)
I was also wondering what had happened to the Sherlock game! I haven't heard much about it as of late. I'm so happy it's still marching forward!
Yeah you're not really missing anything on Tumblr. It seems that some folks are migrating back here. But I do see a bit of Nightvale Art on tumblr. I'm not involved with that fandom but I dig the stuff that washes across my dash :-)
So yay! Welcome back! I do hope you write more fic if you have the inclination or the time. You've been missed :-D

As for the Sherlock game, it's actually going really well. I'm constantly shocked by the enormity of the undertaking, and the amount of people and hours that have gone into it so far. It's so much more than I thought it would be when I signed up. And though there's still a ways to go, the pieces are really starting to come together, so keep your eyes peeled.
I'm glad to hear people might be moving away from Tumblr a bit. I get how it's a great medium for spreading content, especially images, but it is so difficult to have a conversation (like we're doing now!) and connecting with other fans is so much what fandom is about. Tumblr never seemed like a great solution for that.
Aw, I've missed you folks too, and YAY! I saw you've started posted a new story! I haven't had a chance to read what's up so far, but I'm definitely looking forward to it. I hope it's full of angst and salacious
