I want to cook this now. :P Buffy's got a good temperament for being a cook, what with her seriousness and thoroughness, but I doubt she'd do it professionally if it wasn't so critical to the apocalypse.

:P It's actually a pretty good chicken dish! The trick is making sure the chicken is cooked all the way through when you pan fry it, though, and trying to do that without setting off your smoke alarm.
