What kind of qualifications do they look for?

Hehe. "Squill". There's a name I never heard while I was in Pittsburgh...

Do which look for? CS Grad School (and the NSF Fellowship I'm looking at) like mostly CS research.

Squill = Squirrel Hill, if you couldn't tell. It seems to be mostly a Carnegie Mellonism; natives sometimes get offended when you say it.

I meant Amazon, actually. Only CMU grad program I'm considering is the one in Mathematical Finance. Too bad it's Ph.D.-only.

And yeah, I could tell; I drove by that Cold Stone every time I was going to the Chinese eat-in-or-take-out place on the main street through Squirrel Hill (I can't even remember the name of the street) or to the Waterfront.
