madzilla; isn't it cute? From the second Mario & Luigi RPG game, Partners in Time ...Though I'm sure the Doctor is headdesking against the TARDIS console due to the extreme paradox of the brothers being in physical contact with their past selves. Anyway

Ahh, yes, wi-fi. A lot of fun, that. Not familiar with Trozei, tho... sounds interesting!

I'm definitely excited with the Super Mario Super Show. I totally hadn't expected much from the cartoons after your earlier comments and the one episode from the Mario 3 show I saw. But the Super Show really is excellent. I'm glad it has the most episodes of any of the series. I wish those missing live-action skits would turn up somewhere, though. I did see one of them on YouTube, but it seemed to be dubbed in Polish or some other language, so I hadn't tried to watch since I'd be totally lost.
It's both amusing and exasperating to have a series that does the "pick-and-choose your canon" thing. I like to have a canon spelled out. But it is fun to fill in the gaps, like the Brooklyn/Mushroom Kingdom thing.
Interesting about the Doctor Who parallels in the time-travel game. And about the reporter, too. Very surprising for a Mario game. What happens to her?

Oh, I definitely hadn't expected much from it, either. But yes, definitely glad that it has more eps! And aww, yeah. Well, at least we can be confident that they're out there somewhere, rather than the mess with the missing Doctor Who eps...
LOL, yes.
Very surprising indeed--especially since said reporter is a Koopa! Kylie Koopa is her name, but she's most definitely an ally; she ends up saving the brothers from the Shroobs at one point, but they overpower her and turn her into a Shroob--in the end of the game, she's turned back to normal by Little Luigi's tears.

Oooh wow. That's really neat, to see a decent Koopa! Better than for the whole race to be corrupt.
Oh, sad. But that's squeeful that Luigi's heartbreak saves her!

Yes, it was very squeeful to see that! There was a friendly Koopa in the first game, too, but with a much minor role; if you help him get his bearings in the beginning of the game, he gives you a 1-up Mushroom as thanks. But Kylie actively helps the brothers out and, as mentioned before, saves them.
Welllll, that wasn't quite how it worked out. They were upset that she got converted, of course, but it was by complete accident that they found out that Little Luigi's tears served as an antidote for the conversion.
