Then, a couple weeks ago, I needed headphones more portable than the over-the-ear model by Philips that I usually use, and in desperation I dug out my iPod earbuds, which I haven't used in two years. And after a little experimenting I found out how to hook them into my ears in a painless, stable fashion! It feels like they're going to fall out, but they don't.
I haven't tried jogging with them, though. I'm not sure that would work.
In other commentary, you think meeting on an intellectual level is important for a relationship?? Picky picky picky! Jeez, next you'll want to be able to hold conversations with the guy.

I think it has something to do with the little soft rubber grips on the edge of the buds. Nice and smooth on the ol' earlobes. (Of course, that might also be contributing to the fact that the left one pops out, so maybe it isn't a good thing.)
