*shivers* This is fantastic. I really like the darker side of Jack (and his past) and the idea that it is so dark as to drive him to this, against the Doctor. I like it! (Which might say something about me. *g*)

Oh wow. Oh, wow. I'm a bit incoherent right now. This is so amazing.
The scary thing is, I can actually see it happening. No, the really scary thing is imagining what will be afterwards, with Jack completely clueless and perhaps comforting the Doctor, and neither of them knowing that he was the one who did this - and that he might do it again.
It's a fascinating idea - dark and twisted, but you know I like that. In fact it made me smile even as it send shivers down my spine. The Doctor's reactions are perfectly in-character, from the first and when I say cut, you know, I don’t mean it literally to the very understandable begging... and I really like this dark Jack. Dark Jack is good, protective, caring Jack is good, and this story has at least the potential for both.
I suppose you don't plan to continue it, but if you do, I'm in for the ride!

This makes me even more exited about Pandora. Any progress fo far?

Seriously -- I know you've been busy with NaNo, not to mention real life (real what? ;) ), but I couldn't wait to see what you thought of it. Actually I was pretty sure you'd love it. And a little scared you'd hate it... I wouldn't likely have written anything like this without the inspiration of your "eep!" stories, and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as good without my shiny new beta, Karaokegal. (Well, she's shiny and new to me!) I didn't think I'd be able to work with a beta -- figured I'd just grouse and complain. Well, I did grouse and complain -- but I also agreed with her. (Even if she is wrong about ripping up men's shirts :D

I just from time to time come wandering to the journals of people I like, but if stories are not posted to communities I frequent I happen to overlook a lot. Unfortunately of all the communities you've crossposted this to there's not a single one I'm a member of.
