After learning about the students she's been assigned to in the mentoring program Rose made a call to each of them, she's really not sure what to say to them. After lunch, River knocked on the door to Rose's office.

River smiled at Rose's memory, although right now what first came into mind when thinking about new planets was the eerie silence of Miranda.

"Depends on where you go."

"That is true and the company! If the company isn't great, it'll put a damper on a visit."

Another series of memories of the Doctor, the first one she knew, and her running through hallways in space stations and planets, running from danger, always one step ahead. Holding hands and laughing.

River nodded. She thought about Serenity, and about the trip this weekend on the Acorn. Company was important. "You know the Doctor, then?" she asked.
