Were you in Pennsylvania? LOL, I think we're notorious for always having really bad roads and construction, even though I live about 5 hours away from Erie. In high school I had a teacher who originally lived in New York and she would always joke that she knew she was back in PA when she saw all the construction.

We were coming from Cleveland and there was less construction once we hit PA lol
