Take a long walk. Have a cup of your favourite tea (or a glass of your favourite wine, if tea would keep you up.) Have a bit of a favourite treat (for me, this is Godiva's rasperry-filled chocolate bar - because if I am cranky enough that chocolate is a necessity rather than a luxury I will darned well have the best), and then curl up with something that comforts you, whether that's a game or a book or a fic you loved. Just something that makes you happy. And get plenty of rest tonight.
When you've slept and had comforting things, it might not fix the situation, but I think you'll be able to approach it with a good deal more equanimity, and that counts for a lot. It's very hard to deal with something when it's stressing you out; take some time out and breathe. Don't let yourself deal with it or fuss over it. Then when you're calmer, you can go back and handle it. :)
