you're everything that a big bad wolf could want.

So I'm not going to set up a NaNo filter yet, because I don't know that I'm really going to make that many posts about it and it seems silly to set up a filter and never use it, so. If this handy introductory post catches your interest, and you say to yourself, "Self, I'd really quite enjoy the occasional post about the wacky adventures of these ( Read more... )

Ok, this is VERY intriguing! I'm excited for it.

Also, your mythology appears to include radically extended lifespans for lycanthropes? Are there any other sorts of lycanthropes than wolves?

So cool!

Yay!

...radically extended lifespans for lycanthropes?

Oops - forgot to mention that in the mythology section. One more puzzle that Peter is trying to sort out. ;)

...any other sorts of lycanthropes than wolves?

There's no evidence that there are, but mythologies from around the world would seem to suggest otherwise...

So yeah, my self would like to report interest and enthusiasm and a strong desire to meet these characters. And I also scoff at the bipedal wolf nonsense. Arcadian propaganda, no doubt!

Thanks! I think it will be an adventure. The writing process, that is. ;)

yes please, filter me in if you filter! Intrigued by your characters (and impressed at how many you have going, and how much you know about them!)

Consider yourself filtered!

And yeah, I'm definitely not lacking for characters. Now I suppose it's just a matter of whether or not they will obey me...

If there is a NaNo filter, I want to be on it. You know my love for mythological dorkiness and your writing. Together, they will form an unstoppable force of awesome.

Did you mention how old Regina is currently and I missed it, or was that deliberately left out?

Also, absentminded-professor-types fascinate me. One day, I aspire to be one.

(Oh, durrr. Arithmetic is hard. So Regina's about 24, then?)

Pfft, arithmetic. I never bother with arithmetic, honestly. If can't get to a number on my fingers, I figure God doesn't want to me to count that high. ;)

But yeah, Regina is 24 when the book starts. I almost made her older, but I'm sticking with early twenties for the moment. We'll see what happens!

Absent-minded professor types are the best. True story.
