I just did the math. I have 42 thank you notes to write. That is way less than I thought. I'm way less scared now. I'll be done in a coupla weeks, no sweat.

Why is it that the customers who end up collections almost ALWAYS insist that they pay every single one of their bills immediately?? Clearly, you DON"T pay all of your bills immediately, if you landed yourselves in our collections service.

People suck.
