And be me, I mean myself, nekokoban, zinjadu, sjen, and my other Bleach junkie friends -- what would the personification of Zaraki's zanpakuto look like?

Really, is it any surprise that what we came up with was "bondage queen"?

Not worksafe, obviously, but nothing really explicit.

Mmm, Zaraki has a hot zanpakuto. Come on, Zaraki, why don't you want to play with her?

The only thing that erks me about that is that, compared to her body and clothing, her hair seems too... normal? It doesn't really seem to fit with the rest of the drawing. And it seems too distinctly Western.

But, yes, use those whips! *crack!*

Well, Zaraki certainly seems to subscribe to the 9-year-old on a playground school of thought... you know, 'might makes right', 'if you push me around, it means you like me' (*cough*Ichigo*cough*), so maybe he still thinks girls have cooties.

I dunno, for some reason when I was designing her, she was very insistent about that hairstyle. It was one of the first things I was sure about when I was drawing her. Go figure. XD

^__^ I keep hoping that they'll do something with Zaraki and his zanpakuto, where he finally unlocks it/figures out its name. But...I doubt they will, since it would probably take a rather involved arc or something. And powered!up!Zaraki would just steal the spotlight a bit too much from Ichigo and co.
