LMAO WELL. I don't know. I admire your word choice, there, how's that? You have this really incredible way with figurative language, like: In a rending flash, a ball of lightning at the mast of a ship, Shisui finally understood the decisions his father had made all those years ago. I loved that.

YESSSSS. I've been looking forward to this for ... a long damn time, seriously. It feels like it, anyway.

And now that I've read it, all I can say is: oh, Shisui. You poor fucker, he doesn't deserve you, he doesn't. I am already giddy with anticipation for the next part; the suspense, as mentioned above, is killer. And the correct answer to that is both a) because we know what and why (sort of) but not how, and b) because you are amazing like that, never stop plz.

The art is lovely as well, and eeee, ItaHina. I admit I haven't read anything beyond yours, but it has nothing to do with trauma, and everything to do with that sort of feeling you get when you've found something you want to keep with you forever and end up afraid of seeing anything else familiar for fear of losing even a little of that. On recommendation, however, I'll give it a go. ♥
