Man, I have no words to explain how caught up I am in this story. ♥

The first part about the swimming lesson was so, so unbearably cute. I almost felt maternal love radiating off of Shisui. And I loved how Sasuke and Naruto were so faily, and the little segment on Shisui's past with his dad, and oh, that story about Itachi's detrimental kunai-throwing skills as a kid. That was genius.

I love Shisui so much, omg. ;_;
The suspense is killing me. Please make everything better, ily.

The entire swimming lesson deal, from Sasuke's to Shisui's, is my hamfisted attempt at injecting a sense of irony into this lame plot. You know, because Shisui learned to swim from his dad so he could avoid 'slow, sucking, agonizing watery death', except... akd;dkns. And ahaha, maternal love? Like when he was outrageously flirting with 8YO Sakura, you mean? XD

I... guess it is marginally less eyebrow-raising that he's at least flirting with a non-relative? XD Yeah, and Sakura is the one with poor taste in crushes, seriously now.

In my head, this is canon!Shisui. Except for the, you know, already-dead-in-canon part, because I'm in denial.

I have nothing substantial to say, and I hope my speechlessness would convey how much I am loving this story and becoming distressed because only two more chapters to go.

OMIGOD SHISUI TO BECOME THE KNIGHT IN SHINNING ARMOR or not okay I stop the caps now. Um. I love this fic. I'm feeling the same thing I did back when I started to watch Star Wars I and II: I know that little cute kid is going to become Darth Vader, but the story was niiiice - so, I know he is going to die, an ugly death that will make me CRY, but I'll read it all.
