Poll I was going to do a light hearted bit on Deed Polls and changing ones name but the events of the last few hours mean that particular blogge must be stalled. I shall be in England (specifically London) next week. How things have changed since my last time in March at the recall for the "Big Brother 11" auditions. I had high hopes when the Tories got in, not due to swallowing their bullshit but the Freedom Bill. Well, new boss is same as the old boss as Emma's dad would sing.

I wouldn't want any harm done to police horses. Ball bearings could cause them to slip and break a leg.
Police are not the enemy. To direct anger against them diverts attention from what should be the real targets. Namely the banks, hedge funds, and dealers in credit default swaps etc.
Already the coalition government has watered down measures to tax banks. Look what's happening in Ireland with the disgraced AIB bank handing out millions in bonuses while being propped up by public funds - its just the same here.
Better not to use the police as scapegoats but if possible to get the police and the army on "your" side against the real villains.

I want no harm done to animals either. From what I recall when ball bearings or marbles are used the horses start to walk on them then rear up, no amount of coaxing will get them to advance. Dogs are trickier, it is a matter of kill or be killed/bitten. They go for the balls and I am reticent about that. The banks and police are together. I was once told a baton is a weapon with a worker at either end. Bollox, wear the uniform pay the price. Dehumamise the enemy. That last series "Coppers"? A P.R job until the riot squad showed up. AIB? Yes, I am still without poper accommodation while 250,000 houses are empty. The army? They may be involved, I hope not. Average squaddie too stupid to think. We have no quarrel with them but they will wish they'd stayed in Sangin if they take us on.
