If dreams are nothing more than vivid, sensory mental occurrences we experience in our sleep, why do you suppose certain images are more recurring and troubling than others? People try to find meaning in their dreams, but interpretation is hardly a science. Still, there's something... perplexing about experiencing them. Just why do we bother so much over these mental images when they're as naturally occurring as breathing or digesting?
