Citizens across Romdeau will start to experience short power outages, from their homes, work and school for an entire week.

So their power will be out for 2 minutes and 17 seconds or the whole hour-three hours? And is anything special happening at the Admin. Bureau?

Where the power will come back up, it will take technicians about 3 hours off and on to keep it running.

So there will be periods of time where there will be black outs for 2 minutes and 17 seconds each black out.

As for the Admin Bureau, they are the most connected to the Regent and will be governing over most things connected to the city. They could make public announcements to remain calm and orderly even, if you'd like.
