Radu: Still sucks, still losing his hear. YOU HEAR THAT RADU? *shakes fist at the screen* He apparently bothers me quite a lot for some reason.
Where's the bald guy gone? Has he been dropped for not having any hair? Definitely amazing!
What is going on here? Have they had their NT patches yanked off as punishment for being crap? That seems a bit extreme, U21 coach.
Information you don't actually want: Rami's a central defender, so he wasn't all the way up there -- the assist for Gourcuff's goal was Payet, who's amazing and, also, like 10 years old. He was a sub like Rémy, thus making Blanc look like an absolute genius.
I actually saw some of the U21 match. Torje was fabulous, as usual, apart from the bit where he failed to notice there were 10 other people on his team. (Needless to say, that was just the thing to get him another senior call. Hurrah?)
1. Radu had (still has, I suppose) the neatest pointy eyebrows ever seen on a man. His hair loss is a terrible waste of a nice phizog. 2. Bourc? I don't know, but he's not been called up for Italy, either! *Sulks a lot* 4. *Peers at the missing patches* That is odd. Romania's kits often aren't ready in time, though (like players in matches having numbers on their kits but no names), so if they didn't get round to sewing the logos on the suits, it doesn't surprise me. 5. Ah, thank you re: Payet. I couldn't for the life of me remember who it was who assisted, so I was trying to make out his number on the video and thought it was 4. Will edit the post. 6. Torje's going to be starting against Italy! Let us hope for some hot baby action.
1. Lucio is quite dismayed by your disloyalty. He works so hard on his! 2. The guy who writes that blog about Romanian football who you're quite sure hates all Romanians was quite eye-rolly about a bunch of the calls, I wonder if he'd have preferred the bald to any of them. 4. Hmm. I figured maybe they were hand-me-downs from the last cycles of seniors, or something, and they'd decided to repurpose the badges -- it looks like they were there, at some glorious point in the past! 6. Hurrah! Was is that, two starts in three senior calls? I'd like to think it's cos he's a genius, but I assume it's more down to a lack of useful attacking options? Hopefully he'll actually do something this time. It's a pity Gio's not there, I'd be amazing to see them standing next to each other.
Oh, and I dunno if you've talk to Marie, but feel free to put up an LR post @ ASA.
1. *Pats his head and gives him Snausages* (He'll never catch up with Benalouane. Or that Egyptian kid Ruby gave two points in the Fangirl's Guide; what was his name again? I remember her wringing her hands because he was 16.) 2. Oh, he doesn't hate the NT any more than the average Romanian, it's just that the average Romanian hates the NT quite a lot. XD The blogger was doing his nut over Alexa's call-up, so I'm sure he'd have much preferred Bourc. 4. Ah, that sounds equally likely. /o\ 6. Erm, maybe RLuc's trying to move on to the next generation; kudos to him if he is. It seems to have worked with Deac and Panti. (XD Why would his just standing next to Chiellini be so exciting?! Cos he's dead short?)
