There are serious problems with Toronto... ones that I will expound upon later, when I've had my beauty rest-- let's just preface it by saying we foist our troubles upon others, whilst continuing to not do anything about our real problems. Good eye.

You should blog about that particular location of The Body Shop in more than one place. People for corporations that big hire web-trawlers to find customer experiences like this-- in order to get a flavour of what's going on.

Was this TTC incident during rush hour? I find that the rules of the game change during rush hour. Everyone turns pissed off and territorial, like werewolves emerging at the full moon. Still, that's no excuse for the idiot to have her feet on the seat. That's just ignorant. On the upside, I don't think it's a Toronto thing - it's a big city thing ( ... )

No, the TTC incident wasn't during rush hour, but the subway was ridiculously crowded for some reason.

Yeah, I was thinking that woman was probably affected by panhandler's or SOMETHING in the past. The other option is that she didn't speak English.

re/ the Body Shop-it's one thing to be nervous and another to be mean to your client because they've brought in a toddler. It would be better to hide her anxiety (and more professional).
