Loving every second of this.

But I have to say, if Fury really were as smart as he's supposed to be, the first thing he'd do when this is over is hire Sam and Dean, get them official SHIELD clearance so they can stop impersonating LEO's and pay them to teach SHIELD everything they know about demons, angels, monsters and so on...

For one thing, it'd probably save them the trouble that'd happen the first time a demon tried to infiltrate SHIELD (and you can't tell me Crowley wouldn't at least try), and on top of that, it's the only way he'd get to keep an eye on what the Winchesters are doing and have some shred of a chance to somewhat keep them under control

Um. Um. Ummmmmmmmmm. Yes, Fury would do that. If he were smart. *shifty eyes*

Have you read the S.U.L.F.U.R. Division stories on FFnet? Similar idea, pure awesome. And they have Henricksen!

Anyway, thanks . . . for . . . your ideas, and I hope you enjoy the conclusion!

Noooooooo!!!!! Poor Sam, what have you done to him?!?! It goes without saying really, that this part is really good. I'm am far more anxious then I'd like, to know what happens and really dislike Loki at the moment. I'm eagerly waiting for the next part, which will be up when?

Loki sucks. He's a cool character, and the Loki redemption stories are like heroin, but he really, really sucks.

Anxious? That's fantastic! It's great to hear when my crude attempts at dramatic tension actually work, and I apologize for the cliff-hanger. Thanks so much for your review.

Next part goes up Thursday.

My favorite part in this section is the reveal about the spell. A giant, ironic slot machine in Reno is a fantastic idea! I had to go back through and connect all of the little details. The peanuts and the hunger, the doors, the faulty ignitions, the earthquake, and so on are all very clever and fun to put together. I also like watching through Sam's eyes the two big tanks flailing around. And oh dear a cliff hanger, what does it mean 'his world went to hell'? I'm all anxious now about Sam's well being.

Wow, You're really on top of the comment replies! I imagine that posting a story to the nebulous general viewing of the internet is nerve wracking. So I'm glad to add some small thanks with my reviews for sharing this story with all of us fanfiction fanatics ( ... )

I'm on vacation! In a little bit, I'll be on vacation without Internet access, so my reply time will jump up to a couple days.

I like Dean's classic rock. It's like there's a tiny time warp that follows him around. Unfortunately, the show can only afford to buy so many eighties radio hits in a season . . .

It's so great to hear you noticed Loki's theme. He's spiritually dented. That's not an excuse for being a self-absorbed, murderous little punk, but it is a reason. And Sam's got a bit of a habit of empathizing with people who do horrible things to him.

I've occasionally wondered if Sam could get faked out, as he did here, by something in real life that just seemed too strange to be true. Loki's pretty far from anything Sam's experienced; most of what he fights at least tries to blend in.

Thank-you so much for taking all this time to leave me such great feedback!
