We had a good time down in Chattanooga this past weekend. We tried to have a late lunch at the restaurant called Soup's On, but apparently they were closed for the weekend to do some upgrades or somesuch, so we headed over to Aretha Frankenstein's (http://www.arethas.com) for lunch instead. I've met a lot of pancakes in my life, but I've NEVER seen any like those! wow!

I know - they came as a complete surprise! I've eaten part of a Dutch Baby before, but Aretha's pancakes are the size of a birthday cake!

LOL, yes, THE Steve Martin! The concert was fabulous, with lots of joking around between songs while tuning or re-turning his banjos (he had 4)!
