I just started it tonight and it's sorta an eye-opener. Well you may hate it because you may think women are complaining about nothing... I don't know. I also get the impression that Australia is more liberal about certain things so it might not be as relavent. But I recommend it anyway.
basically people=stupid. that explains it all (regarding the gay thing). now i'm curious about "queer as folk" maybe i'll look it up on the tv guide. and i've always wanted to read the vagina monologues too...i wish i was cool enough to write such long entries :)
Are you watching the original UK "Queer as Folk" or the later, US version?
Although the original is very good, the US show (actually made in Canada, surprise, surprise) is truly superb. I have all the episodes to date on DVD, and it is one of my favourite dramas of recent times. It has a bit of everything: good writing, acting, psychology, drama, comedy, production and sheer originality.
