Hm, it's a cute dress! If you are concerned about having too many black dresses, then yeah, maybe it's good to have some variety. Personally I like the seafoam blue color!
I like the blue one as well. I couldn't even tell that there was details on the bottom of the other two. With regards to size I have no idea what to say.
I never really thought of black as a bold color choice. When you made that comment I was expected you to favor the blue one. I think of black as... well, black.
I was going to ask what type of places you planned to wear it, because black is versatile and all that, but if you already have black dresses, I would go with the blue! I am biased toward that color, but like the comment above me said, you can see the details more easily.
I guess I'm the only one who likes the olive one. it seems like it'd be a little more versatile than the seafoam blue because it's darker. The blue is cute, but it screams spring whereas the olive should seem appropriate regardless of the season. And I share your aversion to black, especially if you already have more than one black dress.
As far as the size goes, I think the most important measurement in a dress like that is the in the hips, so just be sure that measurement is right for you. It seems like a kinda tough dress to pull off because you'd have to have the right body and it has to fit right, but I'm sure you should have a pretty good idea of if it should look good on your body or not. I just think you could probably find something cuter if you're in the market for a new dress, but it is kinda hard to beat the price and I have a very strong aversion to dresses that don't have a lot of shape build in, so you can take that for what its worth.
