just got done watching The Polyphonic Spree on austin city limits, they were incredible (i had never seen them before, or even heard of them). what's with the robes?? :) has anybody seen the live before? from checking out the forums, i see they allow taping. does anyone have a copy of one of their shows.

the Diamanda Galas shows have been postponed, both the ann arbor show tonight and the chicago show on saturday. so, fastrada i wont be driving to chicago this weekend. the dates aren't resheduled yet, the website says sometime in spring 2005.

i am a casual sports fan (at best), i have to say that these Chicago Cubs fans are idiots. 'you' had three chances to win the series, 'the fan' had nothing to do with you losing three games in a row. even the fucking goveror of IL gets in on the bashing of 'the fan'. i don't like the Marlins either, but i am happy that your team lost.
