I used to love Nancy Drew book! I still pick up ones I haven't read when I see them second hand. Mind you, I still read all my kids books now, especially when I really need to chill out.
And yes, the concept of the dynamics of high impact kissing in a movie with talking rats is just a tad on the strange side, but hey, what the hell!
