BellaHow does it work? Simple: You pick a letter and then, choose a word that begins with that letter. Then, you pick the fandom (crossovers are allowed) and a pairing or a character. That word will be the prompt, and I'll have to write a drabble for you. Nice, isn't it

Right now, Harry Dresden was keeping one step behind Detective Murphy (Kirmani was home with a cold) as they explored an old house that some of the now-missing had been seen to go into prior to never being heard from again.
"Not possible," Harry said to himself. He knew Murph' had good aim, but coldcocking a dra- No, definately a dinosaur. He'd been at the Field Museum often enough to recognize a dinosaur when he saw one ( ... )

"What?" Jack asked as the two of them hiked through The Island's jungle.
"You know. Juliet."
"Juliet's not an it."
"You know damn well what I mean, doc."
"Pretend I don't," hacking at a particularly obstinant liana.
"Kissin' her," Sawyer said.
Jack paused and looked at the ex-conman. "Why the sudden interest?"
"Not sudden."
"Riight. I remember you and Sayid wanting to get at her to ask her some questions."
"Uh huh, like you never demanded answers," Sawyer's tone telling Jack just how empty Jack's statement was when it came to accusations. "Anyway, it's always been there...just hadn't been pushin' to the front til lately."
"Huh. Well...She tastes like all good things," Jack said, "even when its been a bad night."
Sawyer watched him go, and, contemplative, "Now that's a recommendation."

T for time, Lost/Primeval, Danielle Rousseau/ Helen

Helen wasn't sure just where or when she was - she was sharing a campfire with another woman right now, but that was no help in narrowing it down.
Danielle didn't know where this woman had come from, but she knew that Helen was not one of the Others...and the odds of Helen being Dharma were laughable. And there'd been no crash.
Helen wasn't sure if there were any dangerous herbivores or predators, though judging by the way Danielle was keeping close to that rifle, it was a safe bet that something hereabouts was trouble.
Danielle couldn't quite figure Helen out - the woman was edgy, almost paranoid when it came to the noises of the forest; not the terrified fear of someone who had never been in the glen, but the aware fear of someone who had seen monsters come out of the dark. Like me.They stood up as one - each reacting to the other - and drew their weapons, pointing them at one another ( ... )

I just can imagine them standing in the rain, warily eying each other. A pity they couldn't find a way to work together.

"Good of you to join us," Lester said with his usual level of his usual voice.
The office desk was bare of paper or anything else, but that didn't neccessarily indicate that the two rival bosses had just been going at it hot and heavy like an American romance novel's hero and heroine. (Becker had to believe that, or he wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face while he was here)
"And that is what you are to do," Christine said.
What? Becker thought panickedly. They were talking to me?
