I have no idea.
I wonder if he was looking at Lorne sausage? That's the closest thing to pink 'meat' I can think of, LOL. And when I say 'meat', like the rib, it's a loosely used term, as it's best not to actually delve too deeply into what is in a kingrib, lorne sausage, or for that matter, haggis *g*

Oh, man, yeah. I think I know what he might be talking about. You get these burgers in Chip shops, but they are pink and I have NO IDEA what the meat is, or is pretending to be, LOL! It may be a mixture of sawdust and pig ear meat, ahahaha! Ewwwwww :D I have never had one *g*

Mmmm, Edinburgh salt and sauce is the best thing in the world to put on chips. That was fun to watch. Tom Kitchin is a nutter, but I love him. And yay for Irn Bru!

I've heard it said that, if you leave a spoon in a glass of Coca-Cola overnight, it'll dissolve...does Irn Bru have that sort of reputation? (since Bourdain and Rankin said it would reduce teeth to nubbins)

Mmmm... I've never considered frying slices of haggis. Bet that's good with sauteed onions... mmmmm....
