I told Davis that people are better off being Investors than Business Partners because when they're investors, the payback is not contingent on their work performance.
When Davis makes you a "business partner," it means that you take a stake in the Liabiilty and if you aren't working hard or fail to carry through on certain responsibilities, Davis will remember that and use that as LEVERAGE on why he's delayed or unable to pay you back.
He turns it on you.
If you don't place ads, do whatever in support of the business, and keep it moving, Davis can turn around claim that the reason why the business is failing or why money isn't streaming in is because you aren't pulling in your share of the workload.
I told Davis that I would've been better off just being an Investor. It's so ridiculous where you loan someone money and then you're being treated where you have to "EARN" it back and WORK for the money you loaned.
I said that when Davis took out those loans from my mom, it wasn't contingent on my Work Performance. He was desperate for money because he had bills to pay. He would keep asking me to go to my mom to borrow money on his behalf.
I would him tell him no because he had failed to make good on his other loans and then he'd throw a "Guilt Trip" in my face claiming about "how hard he's working" and how "justified" he feels in coming to his "business partner" to help with financial aspects if the partner is not contributing.
That kind of makes sense, but it makes Davis look even worse because I was in "Labor" as the Male Virgin Mary. So you see this gross and SELFISH perversion where you see the PREGNANT person being forced to pull all the work.
