Policemen SHOULD follow traffic regulations or, at the very least, cheat and turn the damn lights on. I accept that you will do crazy shit if you're all flashy and sireny. If you see that happen again, I'm pretty sure you can call the police dispatch right there (I don't know what the number is for Omaha, but I'm sure you can look it up) and tell them that you just saw a squad car on X Street act like an asshole and they'll be able to figure out who it was.

I cannot get over how fruity the phrase "pumpkin muffins" is.
