So, I got married. I wasn't planning on writing much about that here but then Marisa mentioned writing herself so she could have that recorded somewhere, and that really is a lot of the reason I keep this LJ, so I can go back and look up what I was doing at different times, so I feel like there should be something where my wedding happened ( Read more... )

Hey, ONE of those songs was actually played at the wedding I was in! (It was "Crazy in Love." But then the DJ segued into "Single Ladies." Obvs.)

No "Hey Ya"? I guess it is technically a break-up song. I do like the idea of a Beyonce megamix. Throw some "Radio" in there, too!

Thank you for recapping your wedding playlist! That's awesome. And congrats again -- looking forward to seeing the pro photos, but I can already tell that Marisa looked perfectly GORGEOUS!

It was a wonderful wedding. Everyone was super happy and dancing was great and cupcakes delicious. Also our table totally predicted there would be a playlist recap, which we wanted. And now there is!

I guess I believe you about playing Hotel Yorba... glares suspiciously... because there was music playing during hors d'oeuvres and I wasn't paying attention... shrugs in resignation.
